Kashi Sewa Sadan Samity believes in helping underprivileged families and supporting social welfare activities through transparent donation practices.

🤲 Donations

All donations made through our website are voluntary contributions towards charitable and social welfare projects conducted by Kashi Sewa Sadan Samity, including support for poor families, girl child marriage assistance, education support, health awareness, and other humanitarian activities.

✕ Cancellation Policy

Once a donation/payment has been successfully processed, cancellation requests will generally not be entertained.

↩ Refund Policy

Donations are normally non-refundable. However, refund requests may be considered only in the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate payment made by mistake
Incorrect amount debited due to technical error
Failed transaction where amount is deducted but donation is not processed

Important: Such requests must be reported within 7 days of the transaction date along with valid payment proof.
Refund approval shall be at the sole discretion of Kashi Sewa Sadan Samity after verification.

7–15working days

Approved refunds may take 7–15 working days depending upon the banking/payment gateway process.
